Thanks for replying.
I’m sorry to hear that you still haven’t been able to play the game.
Could you please check Windows Event Viewer to see if there are any crash logs related to the game around the time the issue happens? If possible, please also share your DxDiag report.

Thanks for getting back to me.
Please try the following steps:
- Install legacy DirectX runtime
Even though your PC has DirectX 12, older games may still need older DirectX 9 components. Please install the DirectX End-User Runtime / June 2010 runtime from Microsoft, then restart the PC.
- Check Windows Security / Controlled Folder Access
If Windows Security is blocking the game from writing files to Documents, the game may close immediately. Please check:
Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Ransomware protection > Controlled folder access
Either turn it off temporarily for testing, or allow the Red Alert 3 / Uprising executable.
- Clear the game config folder
Go to Documents and look for any Red Alert 3 / Uprising folder. Rename it, for example:
Red Alert 3_old
Then try launching the game again so it can recreate fresh config files.
- Disable overlays before launching
Please temporarily turn off overlays from Discord / NVIDIAGeForce Experience / MSI Center / Afterburner / RivaTuner.
If the game still closes immediately, please share the full DxDiag text file, plus any crash/error shown in Windows Event Viewer > Windows Logs > Application around the time the game closes. The screenshot only shows the System tab, so I can’t yet see the GPU driver or crash module details.
