Refund Question

Hi everyone,

I bought sims 25th birthday bundle but i don't like games performance. So i requested a refund immediatly. My refund is not complete yet but this bundle gave me also 2 sims 4 kits which are throwback fit kit and grunge revival kit. I dont install these kits because i already requested a refund but every time i play sims 4 these two kits automatically installing. What should i do? These kits counts playtime for 25th birthday bundle? Should i wait my refund process to play sims 4?
