SimCity?

okay I own SimCityand the EP Cities of Tomorrow EP I paid for its but tried to use my code to redeem it why did it say I must own it? I want my EP installed why is it showing I have to own it when I do. This really makes me angry with EA cause there are so many packs I own like Sims 3 worlds but it not showing up that I own these packs. FIX THIS EA
