Sims 4 Bugs: Weather

Whenever it is raining or even snowing. It's doing it inside! I have a greenhouse and my sim won't even "Tend Garden" because she's getting soaked or freezing because the weather is going inside. She's in her house and getting wet. 

I have Seasons pack, and it's raining 70% of the time! It's getting ridiculous that my game play is being held back by these bugs. I've repeatedly rebuilt my roof, parts of my houses. None of that is working.
