I am trying to download the sims on my HP laptop and even though i’ve cleared the cache, deleted and installed, it still won’t download onto my usb or device. What can i do about this?
I know this post is old but I had deleted the app like three times I just eventually restarted my MacBook and went back to the app paused the download for a few seconds and then unpaused it and it went to downloading🤷🏽♀️I never cleared any clache I don’t even know how to do that
