So I just bought form EA expansion pack, but I have the same in steam platform.
My EA packs, what I bought in EA platform, not in the steam, isn't working, they still shows up in steam platform, although I bought it in EA. I have a Mac, and right now I need to play in EA, so I bought them in EA platform.
Looking for solutions.

KateeF Does your computer run Windows or macOS? Are you absolutely sure that this EA account is the one that bought the packs from EA? Even if you are sure, please go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Order History, and look for your order(s).
If you don't see any evidence you purchased the missing packs, check any other email address you have access to—try to sign into ea.com, reset your password if necessary, and look for the missing packs.
Please also list the packs that are missing from your EA game library.
So, I'm going through a similar situation, but I can't seem to download the 8 add-ons I bought at all. Every time I try and install them on the EA app through the manage add-ons tab it only shows the 4 add-ons I own on steam. If I open the Sims 4 game, it shows I own them but tells me to download them to access the content. I've been traveling down a rabbit hole for hours and am starting to freak out about the $80 spent but unable to be used.
KateeF If you're seeing some of the content but not all, then the packs are likely installed properly. Can you see the worlds in a new save? If not, is it possible these are vacation worlds (e.g. Selvadorada) rather than homeworlds? You'd need to tell your sim to take a vacation in order to see them.
If this doesn't help, please list the packs whose worlds aren't loading.
Alright an update, they are showing in game, but only when I costume sims, worlds are not showing
In repair they shows as installed, but they are not in the game.. :(
