Sims 4 not updating on EA App with the 31 January 2023 update

Are you seeing any error messages when you try to install the update? 

No, the update does not even initiate, its like my game thinks there is no update to run....

Could you please grab a screenshot from the main menu of The Sims showing me which game version you're currently running?

HI, it is showing version 1.95.207.1030. 

I see now that I have the medical wearables, which is obviously indicating that I do in fact have the latest update, but what is weird is, the update did not physically run that I am aware of, and my Mods never disabled.... did not even think that is possible! Which is why I thought the update never run... this is so weird!

1.95 is the most recent version for PC, so it sounds like the update did install for you, most likely that happened in the background and so quickly it went unnoticed. But I'm glad to hear it's fully updated and you're seeing all the newest content!
