@EA_Solaire I created a case yesterday, but there isnt anything showing under "My Cases" Am I able to attach a screenshot with the Report ID? Or do I just need to create a new case?

Community ManagerYou don't need to have an open case on the help site in order to run the Error Report- you can still run the report without including a case number, and copy the Report ID. Once you have the Report ID, please attach it to the thread here for me.

Writing to say that a factory reset of my computer fixed my issue!! Thank you SO much for whatever time you spent trying to help find a solution!
I know this is 2 years ago but I've absolutely had it I'm factory reseting my computer now!
I just logged onto my friends account and tried to download TS4. And im able to download it on there but not on my acc.
So it has nothing to do with the pc its a problem with accounts or maybe a specific dlc?Can you please help me with mine I’m somewhat having the same problems
