I have been unable to download the game since a patch that came out in January. Whenever I try to download The Sims the EA app gets stuck on preparing. I have tried all of the resources available online and nothing seems to been fixing my issue. This only happens with The Sims 4 and not any other games. I've been playing this game since the CAS demo and racked up 1600+ hours. I am really hoping that someone is able to help me out?
