Spore and Spore galactic adventure + others ownership disabled , Why ?

Like the title suggest it , I bought Spore and Spore galactic adventure a bit later on the EA app a long time ago. 

The EA app just told me on a random day a few games had disappear, I tried to contact the support like two times just to being told to clear the cache of the app. I did that multiple times and it didn't change anything. I don't have any ban status or anything. If I can't get my game back I want a total refund for both the game and the extension. I'm not trying anything else or any manipulation because the problem obviously don't come from me, since I'm not the only one who had this issue. There's even more games I bought that can be missing but I could get Spore back at least it would already be a start. Here is the history of the orders on my account , most of the thing just disappeared. But the money is still in EA's pockets though. Can someone give me some true asnwers this time ?
