SWGOH PC client connection error after EA App update

Hi. I have a critical problem connecting to the game through the EA App on PC.

Previously, everything worked, and I could switch between my accounts. I used to click the game shortcut directly without waiting for the EA App to fully load, and it synced my profile in the background.

Now, after the recent EA App update, the launcher itself loads perfectly, but the game won't start. It gives a connection error and says there is no internet, even though my internet works fine.

The game downloads and reinstalls without issues, but it refuses to launch. No network fixes help.

Because of this EA App bug, I cannot play and am losing my progress in the current events. Will this be fixed soon, and will there be any compensation?

Hi. I am experiencing a critical connection issue with the SWGOH PC client, and it is completely blocking me from playing.

After the latest game update, everything worked fine for a while. I was able to switch between my accounts. Since the EA App constantly lags, I used a workaround: after linking my Google email, I didn't wait for the EA App launcher to fully load its interface; instead, I just spammed the game's launch icon. After the game started, the account profile in the EA App would successfully sync in the background. If I didn't do this, the launcher would often throw an error.

However, about 3 hours after the Grand Arena update went live, everything broke. Now, the EA App itself connects flawlessly and loads immediately, but the game refuses to launch. It gets stuck and claims there is no internet connection.

The game downloads, reinstalls, and verifies perfectly fine on any drive, but it just won't boot up. I have tried every possible network troubleshooting step on my PC—absolutely nothing helps.

Right now, the 3v3 Grand Arena is active. Are you going to fix the PC client anytime soon, or am I completely locked out of this GAC season? Also, will there be any compensation for this? I couldn't even finish my daily activities because of this bug.

Please advise.
