The EA app isn't showing my games

If you check the order history for your EA account, are you seeing your previously purchased games there? 

i have a purchase history with the sims 3 ambitions on it where it was the last expantion pack i ggot but i have 0 games in my library i had the sim3 and 4 

i tried but it still does not work

I have the same issue. My games are not listed... Thought I see them in my profile.

I've tried the cache clearing and uninstalling (normaly and with Wise uninstaller to remove all traces) / reinstalling with no avail!! Please help on this issue

I have been having a similar issue the last couple of weeks. My games are still "owned" but they are all grayed out on my app. I have followed every step that I have been able to find to try. I have dug into my files, moved things around, cleared caches a million times, uninstalled every mod, uninstalled the ea app and sims, i have turned all my firewalls off. I've got no idea how to fix the issue. I've tried to reach out to EA in multiple ways ie forums, tickets, reports, and x.com with no response.

I have the same issue, my ea app looks like this

I encountered this problem when logging in with my email address. I fixed it by logging in with my "user name". Hope this helps you and someone in the future. EA app is badly designed. Hence this ridiculous problem with such a simple solution.
