There's a problem with your account

Hi, I have my xbox live account linked to ea. And also have active subscription to EA Play (from xbox subscription). I can login and see on browser that everything is ok. However when try to login ...

    Hey @ddewashish can you check if an anti-virus or firewall on the device may be interfering with EA Desktop? Also, you can try to Untick the options in LAN Settings

    @EA_Illium Thanks. McAfee Firewall was the issue. But I believe there should be a better way than this. Given this app is still in beta, this would be corrected in future.

      can you tell me how to fix this ive been trying for hours but i cant seem to do it correctly.

    Is there any other way of solving this problem? Because I am having this problem and have tried the methods you mentioned but they are not working.

      I haven't found a way to fix it yet either. I'm having problems launching Battlefield 1 through Steam and I've tried everything to no avail. EA app is horrible..

    @EA_Illium guys i have the same issue i tried everything disconnect vpn turn the firewall off what should i do ?
