Yes, I didn't download the game immediately after I bought it in steam. I haven't opened EA PLAY for a long time, and I have only one EA account, and I have never registered another EA account. When I first opened it, this error occurred, and nfs2020 under the same account can run normally

Is the other NFS game one you own through Steam or was it purchased from EA  @mastGGL?
