I have purchased Battlefield 2042 on steam but I am unable to get my product key to activate the game on Origin. There is no product key in any of the emails that I have received from the purchase and I am unable to obtain it through my steam library.
Does anyone know how I can obtain the product key on steam so that I can activate the product key in Origin?

Anyone got any updates on this. Have looked everywhere online, uninstalled and reinstalled origin and cleared caches all to no avail.
no help from either side cant play the game , really considering and refund
Same boat. Shelled out the extra dollars for the Gold edition, so I could play this weekend. Getting a refund, this is ridiculous.

In this thread it is mentioned that Battlefield 2042 was purchased through Steam. I just wanted to check up and make sure that you have linked your Steam account to your EA account.

You can also double check if your Steam account has been linked to the correct EA account by opening an incognito window, going to https://help.ea.com/en/ and logging in with your Steam account. The username of the linked EA account will appear on the top right.
I've been trying and ea won't link my steam account i clicked your link and it did nothing it had me sign in reset my password and still the same problem no key for a game I just spent money on

My bad if this is an insultingly obvious recommendation, but I was having this issue and it turned out my Steam account was linked to a different Origin account I hadn't used in a while. So it asked for the activation code for the Origin account I was currently signed into, but when I signed out and into my other account, it automatically opened the game without any issue. So if you have another Origin account, try signing into it and see if that fixes it.
