Update: To fix the issue for "a hiccup occurred restart and try again" start downloading apex and instantly cancel the download, It fixed my issue so I can redownload the game but I don't know if itll be lost again but I guess we will see, the solution was found by @Salihcin
Right for some reason I can't download Fifa 20 it says included with gamepass then I click install and it directs me to ea app that is linked with xbox app and when I try installing it after the steps it says the following phrase "There was a slight hiccup and we couldn't finish installing FIFA 20, please restart your pc and try again later." So I do that check my subscriptions and everything is in order please help it would be kindly appreaciated.

Summarize your bug On Windows 11, using Xbox Game Pass signin, I click download on any game and get the error: Unable to install: There was a slight hiccup and we couldnt finish installing Need for Speed. Restart your PC and try again. Have tried all the suggestions on this forum including deleting reinstalling the app, downloading to a different drive, launching the app with admin permission and reducing the user access control settings as listed herehttps://help.ea.com/en/help/ea/ea-desktop/troubleshoot-game-download-install-load-issues/ However, nothing works and I still cannot downlaod.

Hi, i bought the xbox pc game pass a month ago and i linked my xbox account with my EA account with the Ea desktop app. It worked for the first two weeks and after that it suddenly stopped working. I had 10 hours played on "it takes two" but now the EA app says that the game isn't even installed. And if i try to reinstall the game it says "There was a slight hiccup and we couldn’t finish installing it Takes Two. Restart your pc and try again". So after that, i obviously restarted my pc and reinstalled the EA app multiple times, but nothing changed. And now i can't even install any other games from the EA app. What can i do to resolve this problem?
