My EA desktop app always launches to a blank screen. I have tried clearing the cache, reinstalling and uninstalling and reloading the pages. Nothing seems to work. I can't even install the games through the Xbox app because I have game pass. All other games not made by EA are fine, but EA specific games don't install. Please help.

EA fix your app and stop ignoring the issue
DICE Team@hyperb0l0c0 @Skyleez can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with EA App and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.
Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?

I am experiencing the same issue! I downloaded the EA app today and this is all I see!
EA forced the install and I cannot get it to launch. Been working on this since the forced install. They must have 20 crash reports from me alone. What a piece of junk. I cancelled my account renewal. Renewal is in few weeks... They have us as prisoners since we can't access our games easily
I agree. Origin app works flawlessly. I was able to play my game with no problems until the app decided I needed to download the EA app. Now I can't play anything that I purchased.

Did you fix your issue i am experiencing the same problems and cant play why origin app was removed no clue, let me know how did you fixed the EA App
any solution? i cant play. and when it does work, sims 2 doesn't load at all anymore due "issue" on EA side.
EDIT: I clicked sign out on the top left menu, signed in again and then it worked. Not a fix... but works.
sign out (top left menu), sign in again, and then it should work.
