Why is F1 24 not appearing in my ea library but is in my steam library?

I bought F1 24 when it was in pre purchase stage from steam it worked fine until a few week later when I bought battlefield V and Battlefield 2042 F1 24 left my ea library for no reason and has been like that ever since. Can someone help me with this? I have tried everything including clearing the cache on steam and ea uninstalling and reinstalling logging in and out many times but still no luck.

If you're missing games from your EA library please contact EA Help Support so they can check your account and assist you with that,

@EA_cuervo No luck unless i have a steam support message which I don't because there support says its you at ea who can fix it and its not there issue

@Volcano97117 Did you unlink your Steam and EA account at some point or is there a chance that you have more than one account?

@Volcano97117 I see you've been posting from two different accounts here on AHQ. Since you have more than one account, it's very likely that the game was purchased on a different account. The best course of action here would be to contact EA Help Support again, provide them with your email addresses, and get assistance finding the account where the game is.
