Hacked email address

I need to link my twitch account to my EA account, so I log into it, and then it just asks me to verify my old as email from 20 years that is not even on my playstationa ccount anyway!!! Why is it asking for my old email from 20 years ago???? I updated my playstation account, so Can someone help me change my account email on my account??? PLEASE! I need thos eBAttelfield 6 rewards, I already got them last week but didnt realize i already had a default EA account i should have linked. 

im literally signed in on my account right now that I am posting this from. Why Cant I go into this and link my twitch or change my email without it asking me a million times to verify my email from 20 years ago that I dont even have access to? 

I hear you dude. I'm having a similar issue and I can't even use their contact form because it's broken.

I got all the twitch rewards too for the Battlefield 6 Beta skins but its not even linked because I cant even verify my email I dont have access to. I can sign in, but i cant do anything with out it asking me to verify. Im trying to see if I can merge my new EA account I just made to my original account, and then have it carry over the new email I put on my new account

EA Advisors tend to be super busy this time of year with Betas and new game launches. Try to start the process of contacting an Advisor early in the day so that you are present when you do eventually get through. 

• Open the EA Help website
• Click “Help by Topic” followed by 'EA Account': You'll find this at the top left-hand side of the EA Help homepage.
• Then choose 'How to get back into your EA Account': This will open a guide that will share some tips.
• Scroll to the Bottom: At the end of the guide, you’ll find the “Contact Us” button. Click to start your support request
  
• Login or Continue as Guest: The next step will ask you to log in to your EA account. If you can't log in, you'll also see the option to continue as a guest.
• Fill Out Your Info: Enter your details, select from the available topic options, and give a description of the issue. If the topics available don't match your issue, that's ok. The context you add to the description field will help clear things up.
• Submit Your Ticket: After filling out the form, hit “Submit Ticket.” 
• Choose Your Contact Option: Pick from the available contact options, and our support team will be ready to help.
