please contact EA Support to dispute the ban. If you've been banned due to the hackers actions, that should be something they can check for then.

Community ManagerIt can take a few days for dispute cases to be fully investigated. You will have to wait until you get a response back - you can also check the status of your case on the support website.
I already did this but they didn't solve my problem. I received an email saying the decision will remain. I was harmed by the hacker and now I can't play anymore because the account is banned. I regained access but there's no point in having access to the account if you can't play.
I appealed the decision again and am waiting for the new response
