Account Recovery

Question

Hello, my EA account which I created in 2012 has recently been linked to an unknown email address. I still have access via my phone number and can log in, but I’m unable to remove or change the email. Please help me secure and recover full control of my account. This is a serious security concern.

Hello theRAQUEEnN​,We're not able to help with account related issues over the EA Forums. You can open a case with an advisor by following the instructions&nbsp;here. They should be able to assist with the linking/unlinking process.
