Account suspension
Hello I am in the need of dire assistance, on Monday 10 of February 2025 I received an unsolicited 240 suspension on my APEX LEGENDS account after a ranked game . The reason for my suspension “cheating/ the exploitation of the game” but I assure you I never committed any of these acts. I Appealed but I haven’t received any response back . I really need assistance and I’m hoping if there is any way I can get in contact with an EA official. I have spent a lot of time and money in apex and I really just need help and i don’t know what to do. If there is anyway I can somehow recover my account I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi there. We're not able to help with banned accounts over the EA Forums. It sounds like you already submitted a dispute so you'll just need to keep an eye on your email for a response. It can take a few days for ToS to review your account and respond.
