Account Unlinking

Hi there. So I have an email that is linked to an EA account and PSN that I no longer have access too and cannot get access to the email account anymore due to an agreement between my Alma mater and Microsoft saying that email accounts must be deleted in 30 days after the individual leaves the college (I graduated in 2018). I’ve been trying to talk to an advisor for 3 days now and have not been able to. However, according to the case history, an advisor communicated with me……on August 12th at 6:55 am from California. I’m on the east coast (picture for proof). Which is physically impossible. EA what’s the problem with y pot advisors and why aren’t yall helping people with unlinking accounts since it seems to be a major problem? Also, why can I ONLY unlink accounts through yall, and not through lets say Microsoft or Sony? Please fix this problem. I would like to play battlefield 6
