Account Was Hacked, I Have Original Information, Steam Still Linked

Dear EA Support Team and Forum Community,

I'm reaching out for urgent assistance regarding a critical account security issue I'm facing.My original EA account was recently hacked, and the perpetrator has maliciously changed the associated email address.

Fortunately, I still possess the original registration email for this account, along with all purchase confirmation emails from EA for games I've bought over time. These documents should serve as irrefutable proof of my ownership.

The most pressing problem now is that my Steam account remains permanently linked to this compromised EA account, and I have no way to unlink them myself through normal procedures. This situation has not only disrupted my ability to access game services but also exposed my Steam account to potential security risks.

What makes this situation even more devastating is that I've been completely unable to get official support through standard channels. I've attempted repeatedly to create a support case via EA Help but encountered system errors each time. I've also clicked every possible option for live chat support, only to be met with dead ends—there's simply no way to initiate a conversation with a support agent. At this point, I'm trapped in a cycle where I can't reach EA customer service through any official means, leaving me with no professional assistance whatsoever.

I'm pleading for help from EA officials to either:

1.Assist in unlinking my Steam account from the hacked EA account, or

2.Help recover access to my original EA account

Given the time-sensitive nature of account security issues and my inability to use standard support channels, I would sincerely appreciate any guidance, alternative support channels, or direct intervention from the EA team.

  • No matter what I click on, it always shows "This issue isn't supported by advisors". Then how on earth am I supposed to get help?

  • So does EA actually have customer support at all? To this day, I still can’t submit a case and can’t access the online chat.

  • Clicking Chat with Advisor doesn't work at all. It always shows "This issue isn't supported by advisors."

  • No matter how many times my screen shows "successfully submitted," I’ve never seen it appear in My Cases.

  • I’ve been trying for a month to create a case on EA Help, but I simply can’t get it to work no matter what.
