All Battlefield Progress Reset due to bug during BF6 beta / anticheat, HELP

Title. Gamertag is N0xM3RCYxHD (a zero after the “N”)

Was flagged on PC for “cheating” due to a bug and secure boot bs that wouldn’t even let the game start or launch. I had no clue of this until after the beta I hopped on battlefield 1 and was level 1. Put a ticket in and got zero info back other than the ticket saying “cheating”. I understand, but it’s a false flag.

EA support has ignored me and not given ANY help or any communication at all as of now.

i got it to work on my main PC and played the entire beta without issue an hour after trying on my older one i have been using. Secure boot was off, and wouldn’t launch, turned it all on, still didn’t work. So I swapped and it worked on the newer PC.

It was a false ban, all my progress and stats along Battlefield games was reset, please help me get it back. Can provide ANY AND ALL information and guarantee if someone takes a serious look through the account/issue and combs through the details you will see it was a false flag.

  • At this point I’m not sure what to do but I’ll keep trying to find a way to talk to support even though I can’t seem to find any way to do that since there’s nothing to appeal

    Yeah I literally can’t appeal cause I haven’t been banned or anything lol…

    this is so confusing I don’t know who handled my ticket but Jesus…

  • According to ea I get a message if I was banned or anything when I log in. I get nothing. I check ban/penalty history. Nothing. So what am I supposed to appeal? Hate to have this closed for not answering properly

  • Sigh… this is unfortunate. Feels impossible to get ahold of support, I have nothing to appeal lol, marked as a solution… been playing since I was a kid in bad company 2. Been loyal. Sad to see a company “too big to fail” just doesn’t care about people like me that get screwed. I appreciate you replying darko, just wish it didn’t feel like I had to pull my own teeth out to even talk to someone or get any real help.

    It even says I have no penalty’s or issues on my account when i check. It’s just when I originally put a ticket in regarding the stats it was closed, I got no communication back and when I check the ticket it says “closed” “cheating” “bf6” so I have no idea

    I have not could you provide a link where I could do that or point me in the direction? I just need someone to try. I know if someone looked at what happened, they would see it was a false flag. Thank you for the reply though as it’s more than I’ve gotten so far at all. Seriously I appreciate it.
