Apple ID "Hide my email". Did not receiving any emails from EA.

So I've wanted to buy a game, and I've logged in using Apple Id options, because that's how I' am doing for a few years now. Ended up creating account with "Hide my e-mail" option. I did not checked anything and purchased a game. I've opened EA App, and tried to login into my account with Apple ID option, I have to enter a verification code, and that's when the problem appeared. I did not receiving any e-mails on my hidden apple id e-email from EA. So I cannot get a code to verify my account, also I did not receive any emails about the purchase, so I don't have any order id etc. to maybe ask for a return. I've only lost my money, that's how it looks like now. So what can I do? Anyone had similar situation?

Can you help me get access to my account? Or if now, how can I ask for a return?

  • ahahah they changed informations of my case : PS3, The Godfather 2 ?????
They put the ticket at the bottom with these categories, it has nothing to do with the original request

  • Well so I am after second unsuccessful recovery attempt via chat. They can not verify me with the information that I am providing. And you know, it can be mistake in birth date for example. They said that you can guessing, and you have unlimited attempts do verify you account. But once per chat. You have to wait 1h + for a chat each time.
That’s really bad. They are allowing us to use Apple Id to login with Hide My Emails options, but they cannot configur emails services correctly to work with Apple ID HME option. And because of that, we have to verify ourself with all stupid questions. For example I mighe use different IPv4 adress to create an account, but my PC had different IP, so thats probably will also cause verification fails.
Funny thing, basically during the chat, advisor ask you about you last login to EA services. I am login in to an EA App on my iPhone with success using biometric data, but still they can not verify me. So what? I have a dead body of the account owner in my house? And carring it over to my office, because I was at the office today, not at home. Ridicoulus.

Another attempt, another failed. Support is only telling me that I am so close to be verified but they cannot tell me which point of verification is wrong, but I understand that.

What I do not understand is being able to log in into an EA account with Apple Face Id, but unable to be verified. How it’s not even considered? You are asking about credit card details, purchase time, billing info etc. But date of a birth is more important for you verification process that the fact that I am using Face ID to log in into my account.

I’ ve started chargeback, because clearly your verification process is not good. Maybe for standard account creation it is but not for the Apple Id created account. Sad that you are not able to help your customer.
