Banned account for what?

In 2019 year i play 5 season of Apex Legends, buy battlepass and play with my friend, but in moment we leave from it and don't play, in +- 2020 i download it back ,play 3-4 games , open 6-7 packs for Donate points what i have from BP, and delete it again, but in 2023 i wonna play and what i see "You are banned, Reason: Banned"
I see it and go to EA Help to have info about "Why?"
3 times i write and 3 times i have answer "  We can't say you beacouse it's our policy "
When i try again this year to play, i was interested to chek info about it, and by "Download your EA data", here no a lot of info but i found some interesting. 
Buy situatuion in my country from 2022 i can't leave it never.
And in 2022 i found login in from Thailand, and surprise after it my account in Apex banned by AC.
hmmm, interesting?
I go to apeal my ban in EA help, when i write all situatuion about it , i write about "IN 2022 I THINK MY ACCOPUNT WAS STOLEN AND SOMEONE FROM THAILAND USE CHEAT TO PLAY ON MY ACC" + i add photo where i show my linked steam account, my linked bank card from what i buy all games by Steam, photo from steam when i show numbers of my card, screen of my connected mail, and REYMOND SAY TO ME, we think it's not you , To verify that only you have access to the account we ban your account.
What writed in answer, i 3 days search button "Chat with US", by link opens somth like new case BUT i write 10 times around 1 month and i haven't any answers , and my case was just closed and all acoount banned.

Here i just want to thay THANKS to EA HELP to block my account
If you have ban in any game never try to apeal if you wanna save another games
