Can’t verify/allow my son to play Battlefield 6

I am trying to allow my 12 year old son to play Battlefield 6. I have authorised/cleared it from the Microsoft side of things (we are playing on Xbox Series X). When it comes to the EA side of things...

Im also having a very similar issue. However i am able to sign in but whenever i go to make any changes to my account it wants to send a code that i never receive. I have been in circles for the past two hours trying to fix this. Of course i cant just talk to a real human to help it all has to be a lazy ai prompt
