Can no longer access hundreds of dollars worth of content

I'm just posting this because EA will no longer allow me to leave surveys or reviews with customer service. I understand there is no solution to this problem and there won't be. Because I've been chatting with customer service since 9am (it is now after 1pm). I have now spoken to 5 different reps and not a single one has been able to help me.

I recently updated my OS. When I went to reinstall the EA app, I was told I needed to verify my information, despite having the right username and password. However, it sends the verification to an old email address I no longer have access to. It's a school email, so there is no chance I will ever regain access to it.

I have given them very sensitive information, including my credit card information, my home address, bank transactions, I have told them which games I have purchased on which dates. I can't send them invoices because (again) I don't have access to that email account. I don't know why I didn't change it or fix it. But I've had the same account since the EA app was launched (I came over from Origin). And have never had an issue logging in. I got a new computer two years ago and was able to get in just fine. But now all of a sudden we need to verify, and short of giving them my blood and social security number, I have given them every single thing I could possibly give them.

But something is still "wrong." And I keep getting the same "try again! You've almost got this!" response. I don't have anything else left to give them. I don't have a secret hidden answer to one of their questions that I didn't tell them for some reason. I have answered everything honestly and given them all of the information I have access to. And since I can't access the invoices, I don't know what else I can do to prove that I'm me.

I have spent HUNDREDS of dollars on this POS company. My most recent purchase was in March. So I've barely had time to play that. I had the EA app running on my computer YESTERDAY. But now all of a sudden, I don't have access to any of the content I've purchased over the last 15+ years? And they refuse to give me other options to access my own account. That I have the correct login information for, mind you.

I know I'm one person and EA isn't going to be hurt by losing one customer, but I will not be repurchasing all the Sims games I owned (All of the Sims 3 packs btw, and a vast majority of the Sims 4 packs). I will never give them another penny and I hope their new overlords run them into the ground.

I'm just leaving this here to complain since they won't allow me to leave reviews on their sub par customer service anymore. I will be logging out and never touching another EA project. Paralives looks better anyway.

Sorry to see that you are having issues indigoxumbrella

Understand that it's frustrating but account security is something the team takes serious and as such, unless you can verify account ownership the tram will not be able to assist you in gaining access to or making changes to an account.

The best thing I can recommend is to gather as much additional info as possible and speak with the team again.

It's also no harm in reaching out to your email provider to see if there is anything they can do.
