Cannot unlink from deleted email and unable to contact support

Hello,

I am unable to link my current email with my Steam account due to it already being linked to an email that I deleted a year ago. I have tried creating a new account, foolishly thinking that it would help me, but now I have hit this wall. 


To show proof, I can provide a screenshot of some of my Steam purchases in 2022 and 2023. These purchases were for Apex Legends and Sims 4. In fact, I can also provide the password I used for the old account as I still have it saved. 


I have tried to submit a ticket nearly 3 times now, following the steps to the letter, but a ticket was never submitted. I say this because my 'My Cases' page still says that I have never created any. Additionally, live advisors are not able to handle these types of cases, apparently, when I tried to contact live support. Later, I saw responses from community managers in these forums prior to reach out via the [edit: email address removed] email directly. Unfortunately, this has also become a dead-end with no response. 


Thus, I am posting this here now. Until I can get this resolved, I cannot play any EA related games as I am unable to accept the terms and conditions. Unfortunately, to do so requires signing in first, which as I have hopefully made clear by now, I am entirely unable to do.

  • It appears to have removed the email, but it was the Contact EAHelp email.

    Edit: To be honest, I believe I have tried every possible avenue. While I understand that these types of problems are not necessarily handled in this forum, I cannot find any other means to get the issue resolved. Thank you.

    I have removed the other messages you posted recently. Please refrain from posting about the same problem multiple times. 

    Unfortunately, the EA staff here on EA Forums cannot connect you to an Advisor or help you unlink your account.

    If the troubleshooting steps in the guide for unlinking problems don't help, please try to reach out to our Customer Support team once again. Our Advisors will do their best to help you link the right accounts, if possible!

    Some patience has been necessary with the queue these past few days. We are aware of this and hope you'll manage to get through it soon, as you keep trying!
