CANT ACCESS MY EA ACCOUNT

I had not log in for over a year, when I log in it says scan the QR because your password has expired. I scan it and it takes me to a page were it just blue and nothing loads. I go to link on my laptop and same happens. I go directly to EA and I log in and reset my pw, then I go to link my EA ID and it says this. I try to submit a ticket on the help session and it does not even let me submit a ticket the submit button does not work!!!! Any ideas?

    Hey ajcv4​,

    It looks like your PlayStation account is linked to a different EA account than the one you reset the password to. If you have any other email addresses you might have used making an EA account, I'd recommend trying those too in case that restores your EA account.

    But with regards to not being able to reach out to live support, what's happening exactly when you try? Are you getting an error?

    Hello ajcv4​,

    if you reset the password and still get this message, then you reset the password of the wrong EA account. Please find the correct E-Mail and account and reset the password again. Once you have done that, you should regain access to the account.
