I had not log in for over a year, when I log in it says scan the QR because your password has expired. I scan it and it takes me to a page were it just blue and nothing loads. I go to link on my lapt...
if you reset the password and still get this message, then you reset the password of the wrong EA account. Please find the correct E-Mail and account and reset the password again. Once you have done that, you should regain access to the account.
