cant acess original ea account because it wants to verify through old email

as the title says i cant access my old email to verify ea because it wants to verify too by texting a very old cell number that i no longer have i have everything linked to that ea account so i cant ...

    No one here can help you with this problem, you need to contact EA Support, only Support can resolve account issues.

    • The link to EA's Support is here.
    • In "Search game or Topic" Search for "EA app".
    • Click on "See all Help Topics"
    • Click "I need help logging in to my EA Account"
    • Click "Continue without logging in"
    • Choose a contact option, preferable "Chat with us" 
      (EA help Guide.)
