Can't disconnect old EA account from my PS5 that I didn't make.

Had to delete what I wrote because it wouldn't upload for some reason. The screenshot shows what I typed. PLEASE HELP @EA

Hi I can’t get in touch with anyone! Every time I get an email saying that my chat is closed but I literally have it up and waiting for someone. Can you please help me get connected?
