Can't unlink or sign into EA account because email is deleted

Well i finally got talikn to a rep in chat on ea contact.... got my xbox tag but in doin so i lost all saved data that was linked smh the rep that was helpin me said there was nothing he could do about the data 😔 😞 but least i got the tag back hmmm yh just out of spite i just dont want to even buy a EA game again tbh like yh great you got my xbox tag back but all that time and money on all the battlefield and star wars games i paid for and sunk countless hours into is now gone! EA you suck!
