Change email address.

Iv just purchased a rog ally x and during setting everything up iv realised my email address for ea play is my ex partners email address which has since been completely deleted, when I try to change the email on it it keeps asking to send a code to thr old deleted email to which there will be no access to it, is there a way of contacting somebody at ea or a work around to be able to change it as when I add a secondary email it doesn't let me link a second 1 up
