EA Staff on here aren’t going to help because they are bound by EA policy for these “hard limits”. A Twitch account cannot be change for the EA account. It has to be the same one that was linked before. For no reason at all, they lock you out from changing accounts in connections. No other company does this.
if you had your twitch account hacked, bugged or logged out and forgotten, you cannot simply change it like any other smart company would allow. No, EA claims it’s to stop fraud and account selling. But it just locks honest players out of their rewards and progress. This happened to me. EA said it was linked to a different account yet Twitch said it was already connected. But nothing.
Our only solutions are if we make a new EA account to get our drops, while losing all our progress, not just from BF6, but all EA games connected to your account (In my case, all my progress since 2014)
OR
We continue using our original EA accounts but are locked out of Twitch drops forever, for no good reason.
OR EA actually decides to help the players and allows us to change account links to new ones.
