EA Account Linking Issue – Request for Merge or Entitlement Transfer
Hi EA Team and Community,
I’m reaching out regarding a persistent issue with my EA account that’s affecting my ability to consolidate platform links and maintain a consistent gaming identity. I’ve already submitted a support case, but I’m hoping to raise visibility here in case any community managers or experienced users can help escalate or advise.
🧩 Issue Summary:
- I have two EA accounts:
- Account A (old): Contains the bulk of my game library, including titles like Battlefield 1, 3, 4, V, Bad Company 2, Titanfall 2, Mass Effect 2, and Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. It was previously linked to my old PSN account, which I no longer have access to.
- Account B (current): Linked to my Xbox, Steam, and new PlayStation Network (PSN) account, but does not contain my original game library.
- EA’s linking restrictions prevent me from connecting my new PSN account to Account A, and I can’t regain access to the old PSN account.
- I’m trying to consolidate everything under Account B, which is now my active account across platforms.
🎯 What I’m Requesting:
- Either a one-time account merge or
- A manual entitlement transfer from Account A to Account B.
I understand EA’s policies around account linking, but I’m hoping for a fair resolution given the circumstances. I’ve provided full details in my support case, including purchase history and platform links.

🙏 Why This Matters:
This isn’t about losing access to purchased games — I still have access through Account A. The issue is that I can’t link my new PSN account to it, and I’ve lost access to the old PSN account. I’m committed to EA’s ecosystem and just want to unify my gaming identity across platforms without losing the titles I’ve supported over the years.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help or offer guidance. I’m happy to provide any additional info if needed.
