    No explanation as to what was connected to my PSN previously. Potentially an issue from Origin, an issue from changing email address associated with EA/PSN, who knows..

    Situation was only rectified by deleting whatever other EA account was supposedly connected to my PSN, and after 3+ days spent waiting for someone to randomly pop in; I got lucky coming back from a late lunch to see I was 15 in queue (after ~4hrs wait). Kind of embarrassing. Anyone experiencing issues, I pray your situation isn't more involved than this, or you'll be sore by the end of it.

I have the same exact issue.  They just sent an email reply to my ticket stating they will "not revers e their decision"....    WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?????  I had a screen name for about 15 years up until 2021, when someone found it offensive.  They suspended my account for 7 days and had me change the name.

My account will not link to my PSN account now.  I have tried waiting for chat support twice,  but I don't have 11 or 15 hours to wait for someone to connect.  I tried twice for about 5 hours each time.

The icing on the cake is the email about not reversing a decision, with no qualifying statements or clarity about WHAT THEY ARE EVEN TALKING ABOUT.

This is bananas.  It's like they're begging NOT to sell games.
