EA Help Agent was being a bit rude to me..

soo, it all started by i contacted EA help/agent and clicked on "start chat" then, this agent contacted me names Avinash S. or Avinash K. was being rude to me, i explained the issue i'm having with this game called Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare (GW1) soo the issue was i couldn't find any lobbies in the game and he gave unhelpful tips that i tried and didn't work at all, i followed what he said correctly, and here's the screenshots i took of the conversation when he was being a bit rude to me.. he said a problem that was false i said no "it's not that problem.." i said "your not helping.." i kept trying to explain that it wasn't my internet's problem i'm using ethernet.. it was like the agent wasn't reading my texts.. i'm not that person that has these kind of issues with people from EA help nor anyone.. i had a feeling i had to post this on EA forums..
