EA help reactivate my account
My account has been disabled for a long period of inactivity. So I was prompt to a QR code when I downloaded the game and it kept looping me back to reset my password, so I decided to create new account. I used the same info as PSN ID/Email but still receiving the same message about my account being disabled. I submitted my case around 11am, I did not notice I got connected to an agent at 5pm, then closed my case for no response. How can they expect us to be sitting around waiting for chat agent for over 5hrs and close the case after 1minute, hahaha. I resumed my case at 9pm and connected with an agent at 4am the following day and of course I'm in a deep rem sleep. Hopefully 3rd time the charm, still waiting....
