EA help reactivate my account

My account has been disabled for a long period of inactivity. So I was prompt to a QR code when I downloaded the game and it kept looping me back to reset my password, so I decided to create new account. I used the same info as PSN ID/Email but still receiving the same message about my account being disabled. I submitted my case around 11am, I did not notice I got connected to an agent at 5pm, then closed my case for no response. How can they expect us to be sitting around waiting for chat agent for over 5hrs and close the case after 1minute,  hahaha. I resumed my case at 9pm and connected with an agent at 4am the following day and of course I'm in a deep rem sleep. Hopefully 3rd time the charm, still waiting....

    It's cool that you were helped, unfortunately for the rest of us, their "agents" keep getting the information wrong, the customer support on this platform is so frustrating. There are also too many robots that muddle information and don't know how to process it.

    If you contact EA Help, they will check your account and verify if it's possible to change the email. If you're unable to make account changes yourself, I suggest that you contact EA Help here: https://help.ea.com/en/ea-account/

    So was EA able to switch the email/give you a new one to link to your PSN? I have the same issue and cannot play battlefield because of it..

    Hey there, I'm really sorry to hear about your experience and that you're having difficulties reaching out to customer support. Unfortunately, only EA Help can assist with email change requests. So you will need to contact them once again. Please note that wait times may be longer than usual due to a high volume of contacts, but they’re the only team equipped to handle account-related issues. Hopefully, the wait times will be shorter next time.
