EA Help tickets not appearing in "My Cases"

Question

Hi everyone,I’m having an issue with EA Support. I recently submitted a request regarding my previous problem — my PS5 was linked to my old EA account, but I cannot access the email associated with that account, so I can’t unlink it to connect my new EA account.However, none of my support requests are showing up in the “My Cases” section on EA Help. Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a solution? Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Hey RTGRLLL​ are you creating cases on the account with the issue or a secondary one?

I am having the same issue. I have an old EA account that I couldn't access but I found I could log into it through my xbox link but I can't change anything because it wants to send a verification to the email on file that I don't have access to anymore. I have submitted requests from the old account and a new account and neither one shows I have any cases.
