EA locked me out of my account and refuses to help me
Okay, so I decided after a couple months to log into the EA launcher
Put in the username, and password. It said my password expired, so I changed it to a new one, and it would not accept that password. I did not type it in wrong.
So I tried to change my password again, but this time it did not let me. It said 'To reset your password, continue on a recognized device.' THERE ARE NO RECOGNISED DEVICES.
So I go to the EA site, and try to create a ticket. It wants me to sign in, but it wont let me! So I try to continue as a guest. I fill in all the details, but it won't email me a case acknowledgement, ticket number or anything.
I had to make this second account just to try and get something to help!
Has EA fallen off???
