Ea Play Pro doesnt renew with auto

I have 1 saved card with enough money to renew ea play pro that ends today but it doesnt get autorenew

(they send mail to ea play pro will renew at 999try(24$) but  now it shows 120$)

now ea wants me to pay 5 times more
