EA says psn is linked but its an email I don't recognize.

I tried linking my ps5 to ea in order to play battlefield 6 open betta and the email that is connected to ea thru my psn account is an email I don't recognize and idk how to unlink it. When I sign into ea it shows my email I use but its not linked to Playstation. And won't let me link cuz somehow my ps is linked to an email ive never made or seen before. 

What can I do? When I use ps app to see what accounts are link ea does not pop up at all.
