ea support doesnt do his job, cant talk to a supervisor

    Sorry to say but if unable to provide the correct information requested by our live support then they will not be able to assist. 

    Only the account owner can have changes made to an account and only after verifying ownership. 

    As for a supervisor, if an agent does not seem a request eligible for escalation then they will not be able to transfer you

I'm sorry, but is any of u actually listening to me ? All it is, is i have a steam account, mine, nobody else can or uses it, ight ? Now, i saw a game on sale "battlefield1" i thought " yk, this game is great, lemme try it out.... so i bought it, i downloaded it, i press PLAY, it asks for ea launcher+anticheat, i downloaded, no problem at all, then, it asks me to log into one of two accounts in which i have never seen nor used, two @outlook accounts, i use @gmail... i thought "wth is that " and found out that there is no way but to ask support for help since im unable to do anything because goddam EA says so (only ea support can unlink ea acc off ur steam acc) ect...  so i asked support for help and so on ... end of story

    There is nothing that we on the forums can do to assist Barcos20​.

    You can continue to speak with our support team but if they cannot assist then there is no one else who can.
