EA Support Issues
I need to either merge or delete my alternate EA account that is not linked to a gaming platform and adjust my older EA account that IS linked to a platform however is associated with a deactivated email address.
I have filed a case and EA support continues to close the case with a chat transcript to a chat that I was never invited too. This has happened three times in the last two days. What gives? How can this be fixed when the case webpage and overloaded chat function do not appear to be working and the only means of contacting EA support?
