EA verification code and password reset email never arrive

Question

I cannot access my EA Account for Apex Legends.

EA says a 6-digit verification code was sent to my Gmail, but I never receive it. I also tried resetting my password on the official EA website, but the password reset email never arrives either.

I checked Inbox, Spam, Promotions, All Mail, Trash, and searched for EA emails. Nothing.

I found an EA email from about a year ago saying unusual activity was detected and my password was reset for security reasons. Now I finally try to log back in, but EA gives me no way to recover the account because the verification and reset emails simply do not arrive.

This is extremely frustrating. I just want to recover my EA Account and play Apex Legends again. Please tell me how to contact a real support agent or fix this email issue.

is it possible that your EA account is linked to a completely different email address? If you have multiple emails, I'd definitely recommend checking all of them.
