Community ManagerHi there. Thanks for reaching out. First, you should get your email updated. That can be done by opening a case with an advisor. Use the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page for that. Once you have the email updated, you should be able to get a dispute submitted. The advisor might be able to take care of that for you.
Unfortunately, we can't provide any details on the ban or assist with it. You'll need to get a dispute submitted so that ToS can review the sanction for any evidence it should be overturned.
Hi, my current account email is a Chinese NetEase email, and their server strictly blocks all emails from EA. I physically cannot receive your replies or verification codes. Before we talk about my ban, you MUST help me change my contact email to a Gmail/Outlook address, otherwise we will lose connection.
