EA won't let me change my email

I have tried human help to appeal my BF6 ban but still can't recieved a single email from EA to process, It just said An advisor will email you soon. And my case is not created.

Then when I think my email address may have a problem receiving EA support emails and try to change the email in my account, EA won't let me change my email.

AND I assure you that I have not change my email within a month.

My Battlefield 6 account has been banned, please explain which rule I have violated so that I can avoid it in the future. I assure you that I am an absolutely fair player and have never cheated. I suspect that the ban is related to IP changes: due to unstable servers in China, I have to use an accelerator to play online, and switching nodes during the game is just to prevent disconnection. This IP fluctuation may have led to misjudgment. ​

If banned due to cheating, please provide relevant evidence; ​If it is determined to be account sharing due to IP change, please verify that this is not unauthorized access - I only use one device and never share or sell accounts; ​

    Hi, my current account email is a Chinese NetEase email, and their server strictly blocks all emails from EA. I physically cannot receive your replies or verification codes. Before we talk about my ban, you MUST help me change my contact email to a Gmail/Outlook address, otherwise we will lose connection.

    SEE, NO EMAIL FROM YOUR ADVISOR. CAN I just create a seperate account to combine the information of these two EA Account?

    Then when you try to contact me, I JUST CANNOT RECEIVE YOUR EMAIL, THAT IS JUST WHY I AM UPDATING IT, PERFECT LOGIC LOOPHOLE.

    The problem is EA NextStep is very hard to use. See dead looping.

    Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. First, you should get your email updated. That can be done by opening a case with an advisor. Use the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page for that. Once you have the email updated, you should be able to get a dispute submitted. The advisor might be able to take care of that for you.

    Unfortunately, we can't provide any details on the ban or assist with it. You'll need to get a dispute submitted so that ToS can review the sanction for any evidence it should be overturned.

    The reason I'm posting in here is I can't create an appeal normally.

    It just says

    Case not created.

    We ran into an issue creating your case, but we're working on it. Wait a few hours and try again.
