EA won't let me change my email
I have tried human help to appeal my BF6 ban but still can't recieved a single email from EA to process, It just said An advisor will email you soon. And my case is not created.
Then when I think my email address may have a problem receiving EA support emails and try to change the email in my account, EA won't let me change my email.
AND I assure you that I have not change my email within a month.
My Battlefield 6 account has been banned, please explain which rule I have violated so that I can avoid it in the future. I assure you that I am an absolutely fair player and have never cheated. I suspect that the ban is related to IP changes: due to unstable servers in China, I have to use an accelerator to play online, and switching nodes during the game is just to prevent disconnection. This IP fluctuation may have led to misjudgment.
If banned due to cheating, please provide relevant evidence; If it is determined to be account sharing due to IP change, please verify that this is not unauthorized access - I only use one device and never share or sell accounts;
